The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice, Chaired by Rep. Trent Franks (R-AZ) recently held a hearing on H.R. 1797. Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act” (H.R. 1797) to provide a nationwide ban on abortions of pain-capable unborn children after 20 weeks gestation (post-fertilization age).
